Gelding For Summer Lease

Golden buckskin six year old half Quarter horse - half Arabian gelding.
This fun gelding is my husbands play toy, and due to recent surgery (hubby, not the gelding!)
Bucky is looking for fun rider until Bill gets the OK to ride again, probably sometime this fall.
Bucky is well started western pleasure and has been ridden on the dirt roads of Rosamond.
He is still in a snaffle, and is suitable for a 4-h project or show or trail for most riders.
Must have good safe stabling and have riding experience.
MYTH AND MYSTERY
(Winter Wide Web x Wings Over Jordon/Genius Bourbon King mare).
Dark bay pinto American Saddlebred 2006 filly.
This is a big filly with a ton of talent! She has perfect 50/50 markings,
a bold trot that will wear leather and look through a bridle well.
Her sire is a black tobiano and her dam is a black bay, so she should be able to produce black.
Both her sire and dam are 16+ hands. Photos taken late November and at about 16 months of age,
she will be a two year old June 16, 2008. In addition to being a very nice Saddleseat/Park prospect,
she would also be an impressive dressage or sport horse with her beautiful movement, balance and elegance.

Purebred Registered Hackney Pony foaled April of 2004. This talented fellow just loves to trot! And he is bred to do so!
By the very good horse Truly Yours by Truly Unique and out of Matinee - dam of the first
Limited Breeders Sweepstakes Champion, he just comes by all his talent naturally. Take a good look at his photos - totally barefoot,
no long feet, he has never worn a chain or rattler, never worn shackles or stretches. Just a trotting fool!
He has been well started in long lines, ground driving in polls and pulling a tire by Carriage division trainer Trish Demers
and is just about ready to hitch. Hal is a hot pony but is very sensible, can be talked into just about anything -
but he is not for the beginner or the timid! Ready to finish by a knowledgeable horseman, he will right at home
as either a Hackney Show Pony or as a gorgeous formal Carriage pony. He has plenty of length of stride for driven dressage.
His nice size, about 51 inches would also make him a nice Saddle seat mount for a very talented child. SOLD!

One is homozygous tobiano, another is the dam of a regional champion halter filly
and the third is a sibling to the carriage driving pony pictured.

Wanted - Trainer/Barn Manager
We are looking for a trainer - barn manager for small private barn.
Needs to be experienced in handling young horses - from halter breaking weanlings
to long lining yearlings and starting two and three year olds under saddle and/or in harness.
Harness work includes Carriage and Show/Breed pleasure driving and
under saddle work includes country english pleasure horses, second level dressage schooling
and basic riding of trail horses. Work includes both horses and driving ponies.
Saddlebreds, Arabians and Half Arabians, Hackney and Modern Shetland ponies.
Ability to Show futurity halter horses a plus. Space for outside training horses available. Please email inquires.
We do take Visa and MasterCard!
We are looking for both horse and pony sized driving equipment,
and a vacation time share or vacation property and will consider full/part trades for such.
